Also contained in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
